"If you treat an individual as he is, he will remain
how he is. But if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be."

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Houman resources already is and will shortly become a more and more important value in all companies at the point to be included in the standard budget.
The enhancement of the human resources starts from the attention we can reserve to it and this led us to think of our training School: the HIdROS Academy, an internal organization, with a structure measured to our needs, able to choose the external ingredients and elements of growth to merge them with the internal skills and characteristics. The philosophy we chose is the one of the “Change”, aware that to get this change, we have to feed the growth and the learning, all processes that require time, maturity, application and excellence.

We took inspiration from the sentence:

"It’s common to say that trees come from seeds. But how could a tiny seed create a huge tree? Seeds do not contain the resources needed to grow a tree. These must come from the medium or environment within which the tree grows. But the seed does provide something that is crucial:a place where the whole of the tree starts to form. As resources such as water and nutrientsaredrawn in,the seedorganizes theprocess that generates growth. In a sense, the seed is a gateway through which the future possibility of the living tree emerges.”
